Sometimes a page I work on will get posted and published and look good. Sometimes, no matter how many times I try to post a page, nothing shows up on there after publishing. I follow the SAME procedures for each page!
Sometimes I even lose posts/articles overnight!!!
What gives?! Our ezine debuts August 1st, and I'm afraid we're not going to make the deadline!
I'd hate to leave Bravehost, but unless these problems are resolved soon we will find another webhost.
since not sure what page you are having problems with and fact you have the free site looks like here since your url is thealternativeezine.bravehost.com
bravenet has been doing maintenance here recently on their servers so whether that has any affect or not
could be the browser not seeing the updated page so you have to clean out your temporary internet files folder and do a hard refresh a few times to get the current page to come up
You have a Wizard site. Are you by any chance making the classic mistake of editing outside Wizard, then "publishing"?
Or has this problem just been server problems over the last few days?
As for leaving Bravehost, you have a Wizard site! So the problem, unless the answer to question 2 above is "yes", is likely to be a Wizard problem. Your Wizard pages aren't going anywhere, so you would have to start from scratch. And you are perfectly free to use a real editor instead of Wizard here at Bravehost.
