its says my website has been published, but when I click on the link..its says under contrustion???

not sure of what your TRUE URL is to your site

but your main page to your site has to be index.htm or index.html

your under construction page is your index.html place holder page you have there

if you named your main page index.htm then delete the index.html page

if you named your page somethingsilly.html then rename it to index.html
