I uploaded my website, and all files are in the folders, but still does not work. Is there a specific place the index.htm has to be in, besides the folder with the web name?

I'm getting a "Unresolved Host Name" error. It sounds like you have everything in the right place and that this is a DNS issue. Your name servers are pointed a Bravenet. Did you just sign up or transfer your domain name recently? It very often takes several days for your domain name to work properly. If it's been a while, you may need to open a ticket directly with Bravenet to fix the problem.

I did transfer the domain last week (10/20)and also opened a ticket, but for some reason still does not work...
Guess I'll just have to wait a little longer.
