FTP

I there! I´m new here! I just found this great site!
I´m doing a site for Tiago Monteiro (Portuguese F1 Driver) in Web Page Maker.
I alredy made the page but im having some problems to publish it. I already made a bravenet for it (http://tiagomonteirofans.bravehost.com/)
I went to "FTP Acess" and i already filled all things (site host; username and password...but i didnt filled remote folder cause i dont know what i should write)
I already tried to publish but while he does it says me this:

preparing to Connect ...
< 220-FTP server ready.
< 220-<<
< 220- Welcome to the Official Bravehost.com FTP Site for free users.
< 220-
< 220- For any difficulties please see http://www.bravenet.com/help/
< 220->>
< 220 This is a private system - No anonymous login
> USER (my user name)
< 331 User (my user name) OK. Password required
> PASS *******
< 230-Your bandwidth usage is restricted
< 230-OK. Current restricted directory is /
< 230-0 files used (0%) - authorized: 20000 files
< 230 0 Kbytes used (0%) - authorized: 51200 Kb
> TYPE A
< 200 TYPE is now ASCII
> PORT 85,138,210,155,9,23
< 200 PORT command successful
> STOR index.html
< 553-Can't open that file: Permission denied
< 553 Rename/move failure: No such file or directory
Upload file failed

Publishing Failed !

Can someone tell me what i should do?
Cheers from Portugal

Re: FTP

Just my 2 cents here. From his listing, it looks like Daniel got the login information correct. If he didn't, he wouldn't have gotten as far as he did. It looks like he didn't set the base folder/directory to upload into. On Bravenet, you can not write to the root folder, when you connect via FTP. With most FTP hosts, data is uploaded directly into the root folder, "/". However, on Bravenet you need to set the upload folder to the name of your web site.

Daniel, look at some of the configuration examples provided on my help page. That should give him an idea of what to use.

Re: FTP

I just read the FAQ of K7men and that helped me so much!
I already published the website...
