Strange Problem with Directories

I have no idea how this happened or what to do about it...

I have Several Sub Domains and today I was working on the

oapn.happymomanna.com/ Section.

In the File Manager I made a New Directory File "Officers and Board"

Anyway -- I was haveing a strange problem when trying to edit and work on the files.

I eventually realized that INSIDE of this Officers and Board file are ALL MY SUBDOMAINS....The Full menu and all the files?

I don't know what I did or how this happened or even if I should just start deleting???? I have about 60 subdomains and a LOT of stuff I can have some odd file that has a completely copy of all sub domains laying around?
