I don't know how to add more pages without website wizard

I need to add more pages without website wizard but I don't know how and i can't upgrade!

Please explain. There is a problem adding pages with the website wizard, because the wizard (or at least one of them) won't let you create more than 7. Without the wizard, you can add as many pages as you like. Are you simply asking how to make more pages?
