website wont work

i have published my website but when i go on the web address it comes up with error 403 :
Forbidden! Authorization is Not Possible

The owner of this website is not allowing authorization to visitors.

How do i solve this?

Did you name your main page SomethingSilly.html instead of index.html?

You may have had the same problem as me when you publish it - you have to list as bravehost Not bravenet....

That's what I did and I think I had the same error...
