People with dial up say only part of the page will come up. But people with high speed say site comes up perfect? Can someone help me repair this thanks.
The web page you have designed allows a space of about 372x279 to display the image, so you are wasting about 98% of the bandwidth that's consumed each time someone visits the page.
You need to use a good image editor to resize the image to the size you want it to appear on your site, and use that image, not the huge one you are using now, when you rebuild the page. After being optimized, the image should take up something like 30 KB.
You used some Microsoft software to produce the page, and that's another source of trouble. There are many good web editors out there. Use Google to find one, and find out how to use it.
