Template browser will not upload!

Here again with another website.Makes 5.This time I am using a template I bought.IT will not upload.Having a real bad time with this project.Can anyone help me again.U guys have helped me bluid more then one.

Will not upload, is a little sketchy. What are you using to upload the template? File Manager, upload tool, FTP utility, etc..? What kind of files are you uploading? How did they supply the template? Zip file? Free site or paid site?
