hey, it took me a bit to figure it out too! Go to Manage Hosting,(the icon looks like a house)Then from there, go to Website Wizards (icon looks like a blue wizard hat with yellow stars) and then go to Edit Your Pages, or Add a New Page. (icons look like pieces of paper with writing on them and a pencil writing.)
