Simplest way?

Assume you have music file called 'wearetheworld.mid (or 'wearetheworld.mp3, or 'wearetheworld.wma, etc.),

you would code:

<embed src='wearetheworld.mid' height='40' width='300'>

Be sure to upload the file to the serve.
