What the hell is going on!!!!!!
I upgraded my site to professional. Now nothing works. Not the old site and I can't transfer anything to the new templates.....all of my images are gone.....everytime I try to correct it I get a message that says Bravenet Server FTP Error Authentication Failed for .............The last ticket I opened was useless...all I got back was a series of one sentence questions with no resolution.....

Did you save your site to hard disk, before you upgraded? I think you have to do that, as then, after the upgrade, you have to reload the site, from your hard disk.
I am surprised no one told you that. I am thinking of upgrading to pro, and I asked about it on a help ticket, as I was wondering about how that worked, and that is what they told me.
