I don't know if you want to just delete your template, or start over with a whole new 'http name'...so, I'm going to suggest this way...it keeps your 'http name' and you can just restyle...go to:
Members Area
Hosting and Domains
Manage Hosting
Your Website Management Tools
File Manager
Once in file manager, you will see your website files, and to the right, 'Delete'...
Clicking it deletes each file individually...
Then you can start over with a new template....if thats what you want to do

The other way is once you're in 'Manage Hosting', look in 'Your Hosting Utilities'...there you will see a 'Delete Website' icon....I think that is where you delete the whole site at once...
Both delete...so...just depends on what you want...
