I want to transfer my domain to another godaddy.com I registered my domain name with Bravenet. When I try to transfer to Godaddy, they tell me that I cannot because my domain is 'active' and that I should contact my current registar.
So I sent off a support ticket to Bravenet. But in the meantime, does anyone have any advice, thoughts, or suggestions on this issue?
Also, why can't I find a phone number for Bravenet? Do they only offer online support??
Is there a way to do URL forwarding from bravenet to your new host? I have my URL forwarded to Bravenet, from where I purchased my domain name. You will have to do that where you manage your domain account with Bravehost. I do not know how they do it here, but it might be a start.
