How do I get this off. I am the owner but everytime I publish to web this is what is said
"The owner of this website is not allowing authorization to visitors."

I think you might have deleted the index file that is above the root folder. I still haven't figured out how that works yet.

If you do not have an index.htm or index.html file in your root directory, that's your problem. If somehow you do have such a file and you are still getting the error, see the advice in that other thread (and open a trouble ticket with Bravenet).
