I've tried reading some of the posts about this but still cannot figure out what is wrong...I used the website wizard so everything should be fine...I even checked the file manager and index.html is the main site. When I try to edit the site it comes up just like I created it...but when I click on the actual website after I've plublished it...it gives me the 403, access is forbidden error. How can I and others view my site???
If you are both are using Website Wizard, have gone through the "publish" option, and received a "Congratulations" message, then it's probably time to open a trouble ticket with Bravenet. Before you do, double check, using the File Manager, that the "index.html" file in your web sites root directory, is the file you want. You can view it directly from the File Manager. If it's correct, open a ticket.
