PLEASE HELP ME!

i am new here and i cant get into my website editor. i tried what that guy said, but it didnt show up!!! what should i do??? HELP ME!!!!!!!!

the guy's name was Sticky or something. i did what he said, and i still cant get into my website editor!!!! HELP ME!!!!!!!
