I opened a ticket almost a month ago (Sept. 17) because the email autoresponder on my site isn't working properly. Every few days I add to the ticket to ask what's going on and a day or so later get a "we're looking into it" response.
Has anyone else had such a pitiful experience with technical help here

I'm aware that the email works. It's the auto responder that's innefective. The email address forwards correctly, but it is also supposed to send an automated reply to the inquiree. This isn't happening.
