why i cannot see my website ?

I has published my websit ,but i cannot view it
by Internet Explorer.who can tell me why and what to do ? Thank you !

I noticed that several of your links are to .cn web sites.

If you are located in the People's Republic of China you are not allowed to view any .bravehost.com site.
