I need help, I built my website, didnt like it, so deleted the pages, built another one on my computer now I cant figure out how to put the one I built on it. The file is there just cant upload it. Can anyone help with this
I know all that, and I can get there, but I cant get the website that I built offline to get online. lol, they said it was easy, i need it to go to spitzerland.com, and where it is, is spitzerland.com/site/index.html how can i change it to get it as just spitzerland.com?
This indicates that, rather then uploading your web pages into the root directory of your web site, you uploaded everything into a folder named "site". Did you have your web site files in a local folder named "site"? Or was the folder "site" specified in the upload properties for your design tool?
In order for your URL to be shortened from "spitzerland.com/site/index.html" to "spitzerland.com" your "index.html", and it's related files, must be in your sites root directory.
