Go to your file manager and go add file, then type in the desired name of the page followed by .html
f you want a new page witha template, then go to the desired template, and down the bottem it will have upload. Type in desired name followed by .html and click upload. Remember if it is the first time you have uploaded that template, that you need the check the box saying 'upload support files'
