I have another account, and a pro registration. I go to template gallery, then upload support files and make a index page. but when i go to file manager and then to visual editor, all the pictures in the website template are just boxes with a red cross in corner. at first i thought there must be problem with the support files but, i cant even insert one of my own pictures into the site, even when i upload it properly. I can edit it if i cant see the template, there is no background colour either. it doesn;t matter wat template i use, doesn't work. I logged into my other accounts and they al show there templates. Help if you can please
