how do i get to visual editor?

i have some texts i need to put on ma web sit so i need to get to visual editor and i have no clue how to get there so plz help me and explane

u go to the members area, file manager, go to page, and up the top it says members area, hosting manager, file manager, visual editor, text editor
u should figure out the rest
