If you are the one that registered the forum, then you are the only one that can delete messages. Unless someone else has your user name and password, you are the only one that can see the page for deleting the messages.
You log into your Bravenet Account Manager and then follow the link to your GuestMap service manager. It's just like any other Bravenet service. You manage your services from your service manager.
