That does rather suggest that you haven't actually registered for web hosting.
As every Bravenet service comes in several different options there are no defaults. Once you open an account you register for the appropriate service level for each service that you want to use. Once you do that then your account will contain links to the appropriate management pages.
Once you register for hosting you will see a link called "manage hosting". That will take you to all the options available.
You are not required to use either of Bravenet's page building tools, you can also use any third party editor on your PC then upload the completed pages.
