when i tried to use a style it wont work.and in the wizird menu you have to pick a theme how do you switch that and use a style

The Wizard is a very prescriptive editor intended for people who want to get some pages on line without actually understanding anything about what they are doing. If what it provides doesn't suit you then use a different editor.
