Is this something that happens when you go to your own URL? If so, that is because you failed to call your main page index.html.

still with no success... the homepage is named index.html and still it's giving me the same error!

Please check that file name for spelling errors. I'm sure we would have been able to go there if http://neilmizzi.bravehost.com/index.html existed.
