I think I have a problem

I purchased a domain name from Bravenet September 21,2005. I am aware that it takes up to a week to get it registered. So far it is not. My questions:

1.Do they send you notification when it IS registered?
2.Is that when you can "forward it in your account", because I wrote to support(they have been helpful) but I still do not understand. This is the message they gave me back that my second question is about.

1. Login to your Bravenet account
2. Click on "Domain Names"
3. Click on "Domain Forwarding"
4. Enter the website URL in the box provided.
5. Update this information and click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.

Your domain should start forwarding within 4 hours.

OK but I do not have a "Domain Names" button to click on. I have "register a domain" and I have "domain manager". The "register a domain" takes me to a page that I can either purchase another domain or transfer one to Bravenet for $8.95. The "domain manager" button does the same thing. After the domain is officially registered does this all change or do I need to do something else in order to forward the domain I bought from Bravenet to a free hosting account? I am not aware of any other place on the opening page of my account that says just "domain names".HELP!HELP!HELP!
