If you want to store the webpage in a folder that's going to be on your pc you would first open the webpage. Then you need to right click on the webpage and click on "view source" and copy that to your notepad that's already on your pc now.
When you have it copied you can name it anything you like but save it the folder that you set up for it.
After you have done that, you can go to the folder and find the document. It will be in a .txt file format. Simply right click the icon of your document and click 'rename' and change the .txt to .html or .htm .
This action will store the webpage into your folder as you see it on the web.
