domain not running paulinemva subdomain is running ab.paulinemva.com

The DOMAIN I signed up with http://www.paulinemva.com is NOT running and I have exactly loaded that to my subDOMAIN http://www.ab.paulinemva.com and this one is running?

How about the http://www.paulinemva.com does not seem to be working? Not sure why
