basic web hosting package

I just bought a month basic hosting package on the 11th of this month,and requested that my domain name which i bought from bravenet be transfered to my basic hosting.can someone tell me why my hosting package is not available for me to start building it?

Have you tried asking Bravenet staff by raising a support ticket?
