Does anyone know how to publish a website after its uploaded thru Java Applet?

When the site is uploaded it is published.

Remember that if you have recently visited the page your PC is designed to save time and bandwidth by returning the copy in your temporary internet files folder rather than going back across the web. When the page displays press CTRL+F5 to force a full refresh from the web server.

I tried your advice and it did not work. I have my main page named index. Does it have to be index.html?

Yes--the first page needs to be named "index.html"
The Index is for any website and all websites have an index on the front page.

The 'Extension name" .html says that it is written in HTML code! Which you site likely is...if you built it here.

No i built it on a web design program and I just checked I did save it as index.html. But the upload thru Java only has index. It was originally index without the html and was corrected on my computer but not on Java which I tried to do it again

Looks like a hold up on the domain name registration rather than a problem with the page itself.

If you registered the site over a week ago you should raise a support ticket.
