Upload with fine manager, FTP applet or any third party FTP software.

How you incorporate the pictures into your site depends on what software you are using to build it.

I have placed photos on my site but they are not the size I want. I have attempted to change the sizing but without success. How does one control size? Should I be using a different templet?

Use photo editing software to size your pictures before uploading.
