Urgent! Need help with FTP linking

I just built my website on FreeSiteDesigner.com and linked it by FTP to my bravenet account.

I even got a confirmation from FreeSiteDesigner.com that the site has been published, but when I check the website, it shows 'website under construction'

Can someone please help as I need to get this website up and running a.s.a.p. Thanks in advance!

Usually when I think I have this problem it is because I need to force MY Computer to reload the page I see.

To force your computer to show you the most recent version of your webpage

Hit "Ctrl" hold down and hit "F5" and the page will relaod on your computer....

You didn't leave your URL so I could check to see if I could see your site.

Two possible reasons:
1. You are viewing a cached copy
2. You have not named your home page index.htm or index.html

as you have not given a link to the site it is impossible for anybody to say which.
