Edited pages not showing up :(

When i edit a page it looks fine but as soon as i click the link to veiw my page the changes haven't even taken place....can someone please help :(

i have all the files checked and everything.

Sometime I have to clear my own computer cache in order to see the changes I have made...

Try clicking "CTRL" and "F5" this forces a new load of a page on Your computer...Chances are your changes are showing--your computer just wants to show you what it remembers...
