i wanted to know if someone out there can help me make a new page to let everyone know why i havent replyed to anyone since 2003 and how do i log back on to bravenet since they cant find me with my old email address to even let me log on to be a member again
If you haven't accessed your account since 2003 you will need to raise a support ticket to reactivate it.
Make it clear that you have a bravepages site as that service is no longer offered by Bravenet and they simply provide a link through to 0catch who actually manage the site.
