Still Bravenet Banner in My forum :-(

I purchased the upgraded forum, but there is still a bravenet banner going across the top. UGH!! How do I get rid of it?

I didn't see any Bravenet banner on your forum but I did see a big space at the top where an image is supposed to be but which wouldn't load.
