Hi, I am new to bravenet. I have been working on a site at geocites and would like to transfer files here. I have alot of files. Do I have to do them manually or can i use the ftp to upload it. And if I use the ftp upload. how would I change the names of the other files I uploaded. I hope someone can help me.

First you must download the files to your computer. In Geocities, this is easiest done from File Manger, rightclicking the View links, then Save Target As:



Download all images and such files. PageBuilder files won't be much use outside Geocities. All image tags and links must be edited. Changing the page otherwise will be almost impossible outside PageBuilder.

By the way, don't make the same mistake again by using a Wizard of some kind.

Once the pages are ready on your computer, ftp is the best way.
