Hacked....!!!!!

when I entered in my site file manager, the files was there.... while I editing the file It became blank....
What should we do now...??? I see these files... morepics.resurfacingalternatives.com ,
rockymountainadz.com ,
storagesemester2.berxleben.net WHAT SHOULD I DO NO WEBMASTER..?? ANYBODY CAN TELL ME A SOLUTION..????

i've got that same problem too!

when i view the site all the files are there but when i go to the file editor it's some completely different crap.

what is going on!?!?!?!
