Whereever free hosting is provided then a domain name of some sort needs to be provided as well or the site can't be accessed. At Bravenet free hosting domains all have the format
Just a little bit of clarification here, although it might not make any difference to some users. At "dot.tk", and many other similar sites, they advertise it as a free domain name. This is not entirely correct. These places are simply frames based URL redirects, and they usually come with lots of strings.
I'm not saying that it doesn't work, because it does, but check out the Terms of Service very carefully. Note that they can end your service for no reason at all and, because it's a frame wrapper, they can override your
tag settings.
If you want something similar, you can just use Bravenet's Fast URL Redirect. At least they don't tout it as being a free domain name. Of course, it has all the usual Bravenet restrictions, but the management is right in your Bravenet account.
