Well i uploaded my file and did what i wanted, but when i put the addreww in the bar and it loads up it tells the visitors that "Forbidden! Authorization is Not Possible. The owner of this website is not allowing authorization to visitors" how do i change it so people can see it.

You haven't uploaded your home page to index.html

Once you do that then your site will be visible.
