need help badly

I need help with getting a member login thing on my site, you know the register and then login and have a mebers area on my site. does anyone know how to do that? or put that in?
I really need to get that on the site.

Do you have a premium hosting account? Do you know how to program in PHP and mySQL? If not then you will need to purchase premium hosting and pay someone to write the code for you.
