I have the calendar set up for the public to make entries. Multiple entries are turned on. It was working fine for a week until last night. Now the calendar will NOT let anyone but me (the administrator) add any events or appointments to it any longer. I am only able to do it through the admin page. I went back and resaved all the settings and went to a date, the buttons for adding events were there one time and one time only, when I closed the calendar and re-opened, they were gone again.

I am having problems with my calendar too. I want people to be able t post and I changed it several day ago, but you can't. I find it annoying that it is hard to even find the calendar to update myself. It is not on the regular page where everything else is to edit.
