I cannot upload ANY of my t.A.T.u. videos to my site! it uplaods and then when it finnishse it says "ther was a problem with your upload, try again".....the whole point of my site is to offer video and music............if i cant do that on bravenet can i get my money back?

Who said you can't do it on Bravenet? All you have told us is that your FTP software won't do it.

First determine if the problem is down to your FTP software or Bravenet. Try both of the upload utilities that Bravent provide.

I've tried bravenet's "file converter" and logging into my FTP...i've tried everything that bravenet provides...and i cant put my videos in it.
