Need help removing a link

I know this is not the correct forum for this question, but I really don't know where to go for help with this issue.

I submitted a link to a site and now when you search for my site (In Google or others SEs) there is a link that looks like this:
"add your LINK - A Bravene.com Free Links" which links to http://pub41.bravenet.com/freelink/show.php?usernum=3470092259&cpv=1

NOT to my site. I really really want this removed but have had no response from the site owner. Can anyone help me find out what to do about this??

Anybody is free to link to you. Nothing you can do about it if they do not have the courtesy to respond.
