Cookies enabled would be the setting you have on your own computer system.
It depends on the computer opporating program and the computer you are using what steps you would take.
I have a PC and use Windows to enable my cookies I go into the "Control Panel" and select the "Internet Options" Select "Privacy" and have a slide bar which I place about in the center to enable my cookies!
Again if you have a MAC or an older computer opp system I don't know where it is my computer is VERY new!
