I recently set up free hosting with Bravenet. I had problems getting the ftp instructions from Bravenet to work. I searched this forum with no luck. After much frustration I was given the correct info after two support tickets.

If you have Net Objects Fusion here is what needs to be in your publish settings:

Server or host name: freeftp.bravehost.com
User Name: your number provided by bravenet
Password: your bravenet password
Remote directory: /youraddress.bravehost.com

I don't know enough about the different ftp clients in use to know if this would work with them, but you might give it a try.
