inquiry about the account!!!!

hi, just asking why i can't open my account here in bravenet.com? i know my username and password but still i can't open my account here?.. what is the problem? hope to hear you soon........

If you have got a userid and password then the account has, by definition, been opened. I guess your problems are actually with logging in.

A little more detail about the exact problem would help but the most likely reason is that your browser is not recognising the Bravenet cookie that is set when you log in. Start by checking your browser and firewall settings. (If you are using a computer at work, school or university then you will need to contact your network administrator)
