I wanted to enter a chat room but it won't let me in. It just bleeps when I click on the icon. Any tips?

So far it seems to be any chat rooms. It also happens if I click on any links that will take me from one web site to another. I am assuming that it might have something to do with my security features but I can't seem to figure it out. I don't spend a lot of time on the computer, so it is probably something quite simple.

I think you should ask someone close to you,cause it's hard to help you when dont see problem.I sometimes have problems accesing some websites,and when i shut down protection i can enter easly
