About Forum without ads

If I have a Basic Web Hosting, do I get a Forum without ads? Or do I have to have a Premium web Hosting?

The level of web hosting you have has no effect on the forum. The forum itself has a free and paid version. The paid version of the forum is the one without ads. You can have a paid forum and free web hosting or premium hosting with a free (ad sponsored) forum.
